Default A strange thing happened while searching in Google

Let me explain the situation:

I was searching for "filemaker" in Google with preference set as 10 results per page. On page 4 of the SERP I noticed an alert at the bottom:

Quote:
In response to a complaint we received under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint that caused the removal(s) at onesite.org.
I understand the alert completely. But starting from the 4th page onwards I can only see 9 new results on each page, the last result on the page 4 comes constant for all the pages then. Why so? Is this an error on their part or, I am missing something?

I'm seeing 10 different results per page. The message at the bottom continues for subsequent pages.

Possible but the few I checked are showing 10 results with only the message being repeated.

I'm seeing it too now - Just wondering if this the start of a 'competitors wars' on reporting sites for paid links - glad I don't have any!

I don't think these DMCA complaints have anything to do with paid link reporting.

Not the DMCA complaint, he is talking about the 10th website on the SERP which is not changing for successive pages.

Then I have no idea then. I see a different 10th result on every page 1-10.

I am able to see 10 results in page 5 , 6, 7 and so on... But the warning is repeated in all the pages starting from the 5th page..
