I had some issues with Gmail while opening an account few days back and I posted it in my blog as well. I titled the post as wwwgooglecom casually as the problem was regarding dots (.).
Now my MyBlogLog stat shows that lots and lots of people are coming to my blog from different search engines looking for wwwgooglecom. Why do people search for wwwgooglecom? What does it related to? Any guesses? Here is my post: Web Wings: wwwgooglecom |

Whow! I am impressed!
You know what you did? You are ranking for the term Google! What you are getting is type-in traffic. What many people do by mistake is type in a URL in the search field instead of the URL field of the browser. This is why bidding on terms like wwwkeywordcom and even www keyword com (with spaces) makes sense. Some browsers will even perform a search automatically when people try to enter a URL that does not exist. So many times people make errors typing in domain names: Omitting letters, dots and eveything. Try to monetize that traffic while it lasts! |

Is it? Then I must edit the title of this thread to retain the traffic of my site LOL.
Anyways, any idea of how to monetize the traffic? |
