strange page rank issue

when I open http://www.galaxyweblinks.com > it shows page rank 4 on tool bar

when I open http://www.galaxyweblinks.com/index.php > it shows page rank 0 on tool bar.

Any idea why ?

This is not strange, it's normal behavior. Your links are going to your home page, which is domain.com and not domain.com/index.php. It's normal that your real home page, domain.com, has PR and that your domain.com/index.php does not have PageRank.

I would be concerned if there is any PageRank on your index.php page...because that would mean that you have links going to that URL. All of your links should be pointing to your domain.com home page, and not domain.com/index.php.

Right now you're using the same title tag on all pages--I suggest that you use a unique title tag for each page, and you will need to write a unique meta description tag for each page, as well.

Also, the link to your home page should link to domain.com and not domain.com/index.php, as suggested in one of my posts above.
