Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone knew the best way of asking Google to remove a sponsored link which has been created by my client's competitor. This company's using my client's company name (Solution MHE) as the keyword/title to their sponsored link and then pointing it to their own website ... http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en...tion+mhe&meta= We've contacted them to ask them to remove it but suprise suprise ... no joy! So far all I can find is Google's trade mark complaints procedure (which can't be done online?) ... Can any one point me in the right direction? Thanks. |

Hi
Just submitted a complaint myself, here is the url: http://www.google.com/tm_complaint_adwords.html Our issue was indirectly with bluehost, as they stated it was one of their affiliates [www.hosting-review-center.com] using our name (if so why didnt they cancel the affiliate account! Stinks if you ask me). Anyhow, there is more on this and how to check the adwords ads here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=592533 Hope that helps Dave. |
