Opinions welcome - Is it a good idea to put a list of say, ten social bookmark links on one's home page or other major pages? Seems like a good idea, but then again you would have 10 outgoing links on your home page and I don't really know if that's a good idea. I'm also somewhat wary of using rel=nofollow tag these days for some reason.

social bookmarking problem is nofollow tag, can u share the solution getting good backlink?

Dont worry about either. As long as it helps your end user it wont hurt you from ranking.
