Only my front page ranks?

My site contains 100's of pages. Only the index page has a PR. How can that be? What am I doing wrong?

I would first start off by saying there is not a lot of content in your individual product pages.
Go for the gusto and get some relevant content in for each of your products... Such as http://www.officesupplystop.com/Shar..._p/al100dr.htm

Only says what it works with. It does not say anything about the toner, how good it is, why I need that one, why it is better than office depot's... Etc.

How old is your domain. Most the case is that the domain will get PR update first, and then the homepage will slowly pass PR to inner pages. That's why most of the directories has PR4 on homepage, but PR0 on the category page.

But this is not all the case. My site got higher PR in inner page, while PR1 in domain and index.htm.
