From good position to nothing!

HI,

I'm xavier managing a website http://www.parisaddress.com for short term rental apartment in Paris.
I'w trying to do my best to make my website visible on Google.
Since few months it was OK, and all of my work has gone away because MISTER GOOGLE has changed his algorithme!
I think one of the first quality of a search engine should be the continuity, here we are in an absolute unrational world. Impossible to try to run a business with such a behavior!

Is anybody have suggestion to help?

You appear to have dropped to position 70:-

As you have a PR of 4/10, I think you could do with more links to the site. Hope this helps.

Another point:
If I put only one key word, does this one has more "value" than if it is among 20 other key words?

Hi xavier. You're right - it doesn't. I used:-

http://www.googlerankings.com/

which doesn't seem to be too accurate - position 70 is a site that contains a link to your site - must be even further down. Sorry.

Depends on the keyword and how many sites are using it - the more popular a keyword then the harder it becomes to get it up the indexes so adding more keywords gives you more chances provided they all revolve around the subject of the site - a wildly off topic keyword may force the site down.
