I make it a point to read webproworld every day and I have learned so many valuable tips from reading this Forum. Last year at this time it was suggested we get on Yahoo Answers. YES, Mike thought it would help get you to the top of Yahoo rankings and guess what? It definitely does! At level 4, I get a free water bottle and am attending Yahoo’s Birthday Celebration. Woopie! Do I have time for silly answers and questions? “NO” but I make time to help my site get ranked. I always keep it clean, thinking of my business’s reputation and it gives me a great promotional vehicle. PLUS, when my answers are picked as the best I rank them with YAHOO and Delicious.

So WHY is everyone jumping on the MYSPACE wagon so late? It's been there for the taking for years, of course it helps your ranking! But importantly it helps your ranking if you Blog on it. Plus every other blogging source out there. One warning about putting your business on MYSAPCE is, if this is for your business which is the TOPIC at hand. You must check every friend you allow, as many people on MYSACE are young unintelligent kids who use profanity, show nudity, and making them a friend could be potentially damaging to your business's reputation. I think this is a very KEY POINT as this is your business.

It is easy to change your myspace and tagworld design and content up frequently. I have connected with key people I never dreaming of contacting so easily. One Bulletin sends a message to so many key individuals. For example if I have a fashion show, I can find other people involved in the fashion world by focusing on other people social network of friends. I have actually been making a little cash on the side "Pimping" (for those of you not in the know it means designing) other peoples Myspaces for them.

Tagworld.com is another great Social Networking platform. Yahoo 360 is another. It takes lots of time to work on these, but it is the future. And as they say better late then never.

I guess traffic is not consider as the basis in give PR to the site. So high traffic doesn't mean will increase PR.
