Default How do they do this?

Could someone tell me how people like Apple or Nikon get sub results (like lenses, tech support) in a Google search. Please see links below:

http://www.google.com/search?num=100...Aen-US&q=apple

http://www.google.com/search?num=100...=nikon&spell=1

Thanks!

Instead of just putting all your files in the root directory, split them into subdirectories and Include a sitemap file.

If you like the way the subpages in the Apple site are listed so closely together, just leave out your meta description tag and use graphics without alt text. Since there's no real text content, Google's got nothing to index but the URL's.

If you look at the source code on the apple subpages, you'll notice:
Code:
<meta name="Description" content="">
That's what makes them look so unique. Cute trick but completely useless from an SEO point of view.

They are called sitelinks and have been discussed here before.
