List of Google Penalized Domains

I want to build a list of penalized domains, for study and metrics.

Those who submit will have access to the full list.

I think it is better to have the list outside this forum for security reasons. Maybe a mailing list will be a good form.

I have one domain with complete banning and other with -30 penalty. It is interesting to try to guess why, how and for how long...
