Question about Google Webster Tools

I know this might be a dumb question but I have had trouble understanding this in the crawl stats section.
I pretty much have been ignoring it until now. It has always shown an even split between medium and low distribution and nothing else.
Now it is showing 90% low distribution and 10% page rank not yet assigned and my rankings in the serps have fallen off the charts.
I have not made any major changes and almost every page on my site is indexed and crawled regularly.
Can anyone help me to understand what this could mean.

I have the same problem too.But ı haven't any cure.Maybe we should make some real changes in your site.Write your site adress for review.

Maybe that is the issue. How about making changes, adding content, getting new links to your website??. These are good things.

Having very good content on the site and getting link backs from highly relevant websites makes heck of difference.
You can try this and see the difference. If you take it more seriously, submit your site to 100-200 directories which would add more value.
But, my first vote goes to Content and then to the Links and lastly, submissions. Ball is in your court now !!

The number of my pages indexed in Google started to increase again. Dann why don't you write your website address in your signature. This is a one way of having incoming links. How much PageRank your site has?
