Contacting google

Our site was dropped from P3 to P90+ within the last month. I was wondering if I should contact google to ask why, and if so, how I should go about contacting them.

You will get lots of responses here if you point us to your site, and a lot of help.

You can contact Google but there is usually no response or if there is one it is a prewritten email.

Our site is babybrazil.com. However, we registered babybrazilswimwear.com a while ago, had this url point to our store, and thought this would be our new url. We ended up not fully changing everything to the new url. I think this may be part of the problem.

Any help would be truly appreciated.
