Google Malware Warning Screen

I was doing some searches on Google for security analysis software, and clicked a result on one of the results pages, only to get a Google interstitial warning as shown here

(By the way, if you click this link, don't actually go to the web site unless you really trust your antivirus software - by the way, I tried changing the link to use a harmless site as an example, but Google has set the system up to not show the warning for harmless sites.)
Seems interesting, something of a good idea. Anyone ever see this before?
