Hi

Got to say google has me a bit *%##@* off.

doing advanced search with the exact phrase of (Job Search Engine)i get some sites that dont have that phrase or it is just one of the key words, but not as content. i would have to think it is just the ranking that the big boys have. but it does not make sense to offer advanced search with the exact phrase if they serve up pages by rank or inbound links

do you find this with your search phrase's?

Mike I am sure the website your mentioning has many IBLs to it with the text "job search engine".
