New SEO Article Directory- Submit Articles

I am looking into launching an SEO article directory. I haven't yet constructed it, but am looking for article submissions. Each article will be given its own separate page. In addition, feel free to include html and links to your site (tasteful) within the article. A reciprocal link is required. You are the first article directory I have come across that requires a reciprocal link.
Normally the reciprocal linking is done from those who use the articles, not those who submit them.
If you read the posts you will see that you should only link out to sites relevant to the subject of that of your own.
I.e article site to article site.

I for one would not link to an article site, as it would do me more harm than what I would gain from the links comming back. Especially as you have no PR.
I.M.H.O. If you want articles I suggest you remove the reciprocal link condition.
