Google doesn't see backlinks???

Hi,

I'm working on a site at Gift Ideas and Activities. Yahoo and MSN are identifying backlinks but Google doesn't. Why does this happen?

Like other search engines, google do not show all backlinks. But google counts each link. So don’t worry, just concentrate on your backlinks. Try to get more relevant backlinks.

Go to your Google search box and type exactly this "giftsthatthrill" - now compare that to mine "counciltenantsmortgages" and that's what you are aiming for and more, but you are on your way, nice site.

It's raining here in the UK so I can give you some time -firstly enter the full URL www.giftsthatthrill.com in the posts as opposed to a made link. Secondly change your user name in forum posts that relate to your site, if you cannot do it through profile PM Chris in admin, he is a great guy and very helpful.
Take your site to www.sitereportcard.com and you will see that you are painfully low on links. So start manually submitting here www.pheedster.com/directories.php and start looking other forums to post in, do not just drive by making one or two posts, remember that the larger Corporations are actually employing people to full time forum post. You can see where I post by doing this "ctabuk" Think of forums as twofold, help others to get started and learn by reading Mods and MVP's posts - Ranks mean that admin know that the posters know their stuff. And secondly think of them as promotional, don't spam your sig and always be polite. Then in a couple of years you will be doing just what I am this morning. Good Luck
