Have you tried Google Local? It seems that you do not have a national item Google would want to serve out.

2. Use Google Sitemaps.

3. Get more relevant incomming links with the correct anchor text.

4. I get 55 html errors on your home page when I check it from http://validator.w3.org/, please fix them.

5. Check your website for Duplicate content, broken links and other on-page factors.

1. First of all, you need to decide about the keywords in the title of your home page. What precisely is your niche or selling proposition? Personally I feel you sue whatever designer, developer, cum laude fake SEO built that site.

You can definitely have them face charges on deceptive business practices, where by they are using hidden text, stuffed with keyword spam at the bottom of your page.

I would contact the BBB and Attorney Generals office in Va and Ma.

They have also used your site, to link to quite a few of their own sites related to Cape Cod Ma which I fail to see how it is relevant to an Italian Restaurant in Richmond VA.

Its a damn shame what they have done to you.....
