Default Froogle

I am wondering if anyone knows what's going on with Froogle? It seems that feeds are not being updated, according to the "unofficial" Froogle group, it's happening to many of us. For example, a feed from last Thursday night is still pending...

TIA!

Default Overwhelmed?

I've been wondering for a while if they're getting enough feeds now that their servers are becoming overwhelmed. They used to process any feed I sent them within an hour, then it was within 4 hours, then it became by the next day, now it's taking a few days, and lately as long as a week. Of course, I have some rather large feeds, but it's still sort of annoying to have to wait that long.

Too bad I don't have any contacts at Froogle... you'd think I would with having spoken on the shopping engines panel at SES several times now. Everyone else has given me cards.

Brian.

It is taking an inordinate amount of time to process a feed. Mine is rather small compared to many.

I think this is something else you can add to list of things that are not working as they're "supposed" to work.

Could it be that more and more sites are sending their XML feeds direcly to Foogle and there is more stuff now thru the same old pipe?

I am sure this is bound to bind up any pipe! Or is Froogle just an over worked colon? HEY NOW! :)

Just a thought!
