Why My Site is not Show in SERP

Hi,

I have 2 Blog website.

1. http://www.softwareoutsourcing.ibusinessdot.com
2. http://spaces.msn.com/software-outsourcing/

Both of two website is up in allinanchor:software outsourcing and allintitle:software outsourcing

But in SERP no result for it. Any one tell me what wrong i done or why it is happen. If i have some penaltly??

i think, it is a cmpetitive keyword and you may need more backlinks to rank well in SERPs
if your site is relatively new, it may take time.
be patient and build links.

But before google update i thing around in February and March My both of website is on 2 page 14 and 15 number. But after google recent update it will be remove from in SERP. Why it happen ? If google change it's algoritham or anything else which i was done wrong. Only show allinanchor and allintilte result.

Rajput you need more relevant backlinks for both websites. SEO is a constant process that never stops. Just because you have a one ranking one day doesnt mean you will have it the next.
