Default cache date versus results change

Hi again,

My cache date has been renewed on Goolge. It says 1st May, I have been checking daily for a while.

First of all why is this not real time. I.E 4 days late to show me the scan date?

I presume my site was scanned on the 1st May.

However, would any postition change occur on the 1st May or now (5th May) when the date has been issued to my page.

Mark

search engines revisit sites with higher number of backlinks more frequently than sites with lower number of backlinks.
if you want them to revisit your site daily and cache your site, you should get more backlinks.
