Toolbar Pagerank + Live Pagerank

Any idee what the thrut is abouth the 2 different Pageranks and how the live pagerank can be so much higher.

I founf the tool 2 days ago.

They get the content off different servers. As google has oodles of serves, i'm sure it takes a good amount of time for them to update.
