Adwords down?

Okay, I thought we'd hit our limit for the day, but now I'm noticing that ads aren't showing up on google at all.

Is anyone else seeing this wonderful experience or is there something going on at Googleplex?

I haven't had any problems with it today. Manytimes, there are issues with it showing one ranking and resulting with another when the search is actually executed. I'm not sure if this is just milking the cash cow of the high bidders, but they will show the higher bidders several times before getting down to the lower bidders.

For example, I searched on a keyphrase (one that G says I'm ~8 for today) and did not come up until page three. I search again, and now I'm on the first page.

Inside AdWords say's there's a scheduled downtime down for a few hours tonight. I couldn't get in to AdSense, either.
