Default Sudden large drop in PR, but still good SERP?

I just noticed my site (www.HandyAddressBook.com) now has a PR of 0 according to Google toolbar. Last time I checked it was a PR of 5, and I have no reason to think it should have changed. Searches on related keywords still show my site has good placement in search results though. Anyone have a clue as to why this would be the case?

Thanks,
Mark

I still see your site as a PR5 (going to PR4 next update). Prolly just a toolbar glitch. Not uncommon lately.

Thanks williamc, that is a relief. How can you tell that it is going to be PR4 after next update? Is there a way to look up PR besides the toolbar?

Thanks,
Mark

the pr that shows on your toolbar is from the datacenter that's closest to your geological location. At the moment certain datacenters are fluxing and if one of those datacenters aren't showing a PR. Then that means your using their datacenter. It doesn't mean that is what your PR is. It just means that datacenter is updating.

not convinced about the accuracy of this tool but i had to give it a go!

checked four of my sites. one is going from 3 to 6, another from 3 to 4 and two going from 4 to 0 with zero backlinks. i had to test each domain several times as the tool didn't work every time.

williamc, what tests have you done with this tool?
