2. Do you think these changes are here to stay?
3. What are you doing to sort this out?
4. Whay have they done it?

1. Applied a different algo. Quite possibly and old one.

2. Too soon to tell for how long they'll remain in place.

3. Nothing. Too soon to do anything different than what I've been doing all along.
