Will google cache change from time to time?

Will google cache change from time to time?

Hi, I may have a problem with one of my website www.wedding-wedding-wedding.com , because google has spidered my new website before I upload my contents onto the server of my hosting company, and it is showing my hosting company's name instead of mine when you run a search in google. So will the cache be changed to my website over time and approx. how long?
