How long it takes for the 1st page rank to be displayed ?

How long it takes for the 1st page rank to be displayed in the Google Bar since website is in Google and have many great page rank (5-4-3-2) incoming links? And could it be PR 2 or more or it startd with a PR1? Will then my website appears on top of Google if well SEO?

Any idea?

Because I ve a website that is in Google since 3 weeks now (when you type url in search form) but no results within any keywords even if well SEO and lots of quality backlinks. My PR is zero now.
So I want to know when will it have the firsyt pagerank and available thru keywords search?

PR / Page Rank has nothing to do with your keywords, web page or website quality, or length of time online. PR is based on the links pointing to and from your page(s).

Also, PR updates are not an ongoing public update. System-wide PR updates take place at the whims of Google, but seem to be about every 3-4 months. There is no way to know for sure when the next update will be, but I'm guessing in the very near future.
