Google is not crawling the links in the index page

hi friends i have little problem with the google i have designed a website for local village level www.gannavaram.info at first i have done only index page and for the keyword gannavaram the site lies in the first place next i have put 25 pages that are related to different villages present in the mandal now the problem is google is crawling my site and its image also changed but the 25 village links are not crawled and and that pages are not indexed i had a doubt how to bring the google to crawl the pages another thing is after putting the page my index page rank is go on decreasing and it is vanishing from 1 to after 10.

Hi Nag,

I think the reason Google is not indexing your site and links is that you have the following meta tag in your source code: <meta name="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX">

This needs to be removed.
