Default Are duplicate pages with different spelling?

I've got 3 pages on a site which are duplicated in another 3 pages - only difference is a name is spelled differently. The name is an important keyword so I'm trying to catch visitors who misspell.

My questions are - is this considered ok by Google? Would they consider it spam and perhaps ban the site/pages? Advice welcome.

Default Different plan

I think if I were you iain I would try putting the mispellings in the three original pages, and delete the duplicates real fast. To not hurt your creditbility with your visitors you might just list the mispellings as most likely mispellings at the bottom of your page.
