Does Google seen my changes?

Hello friends,
Before a month I have changed my pages to new version to make some steps in Google.
I have made some more improvements, I have made it together with friend, who works as SEO lector...

But Google still did not take a notice - there are no changes in Google´s search results for word I am watching...

Could you help me however?
I have also used this link to show Google:

but it also did not help.

How often Google robots came to pages?
Is it possible Google did not take a notice?

assuming its the link in your signature, they just visited your web site yesterday.
