It could be that they do not allow sites that use trade marked, copyrighted, and similar items without permission. They're probably no less stringient when it comes to their own registered items, especially when they're blatantly in the title - BTW PageRank™ look familiar?
Of course it could be a number of other things to:
- Lack of content.
No robots.txt file.
Excessive code errors - over 70, 2 of which are having no DOCTYPE and no ENCODING declarations.
An error page that is nothing but MLM.
Inability to spider and crawl the site due to code and robot errors, exclusions, or absence.
Yahoo only has one listing for this site, so it has issues with more than the Big G.
