Default Google Kicked Me??

Friends,

I have an website koolkrazy.com that has been up since past 5 years now. Till last 45 days my site was enjoying a huge quality traffic of approx 10K-20K Uniques. But lately i noticed that many of my listings in google are gone or dont show any description

Check this url.

Some time ago my site had over 9,000 URLS well indexed URLS, but now they are all dropped to mere 6,500?

Dont know what happened for this to happen, but i also dropped from an PR7 to PR4.

I have tried every thing i know, updated my site, added relevant keywords to my pages. Any thing i could think of.

But now i have lost 90% of my traffic! i hardly get 900 Uniques each day now.!

Please help, i would really appreciate some one telling me where have i gone wrong!

You seem to have no links pointing to you - did you before? Could be a simple flux in the system that will work out in the next "shuffle" as I don't see a blacklist record or any telltale signs.

I do have many links pointing back at me for some weird reason when i type link:www.koolkrazy.com i dont get results, but when i type "link: www.koolkrazy.com" i get results!

See this.

And it is not true that sites dont link to me, there are many sites that do, seems some how google has dropped the results or some thing has happened...

:(

Google shows 26, MSN shows 24 and Yahoo shows 2,440.

I have never seen that kind of disparity.

Have you been a bad boy, playing link farms in the past?

Even though MSN shows that many, they list very few initially and detent the rest to "Similar Results".

How many pages do you have on your Site and how much info provided, significantly changes the page?

Let me ask it on the flipside:
How many pages do you have that are similar eneough to each other to trip the ever tightening SPAM Noose?

Link Farms, no, i made my own link exchange go get a good PR and basically i put in links of all those sites i could find in google, that have linked back to me.

Even though MSN shows that many, they list very few initially and detent the rest to "Similar Results".

Any idea why this happens? how can i avoid this?

How many pages do you have on your Site and how much info provided, significantly changes the page?

I have some thing like 10,000 (approx) Pages on my site. Info Provided.. how do i measure it?

Let me ask it on the flipside:
How many pages do you have that are similar eneough to each other to trip the ever tightening SPAM Noose?

Didnt get what you mean?

The last three posters appear to be outside of the US, where are your sites hosted? Maybe google is changing the way they they rank sites based on server locations. Changing their algo. Who knows, just a thought.

Or not stuffing keywords into the bottom of the page. That's a good idea too. The 20-30 repetitions of the page's keyword are a big no no. That'd be where I started.

Well let's spell it straight out...

The GOOG JUST DOESN'T LIKE SPAM -

IMHO - Most multi-thousand page sites are just that ... SPAM!

Many of them were crushed in the last update (Bourbon).

History is replete with similar GOOG actions.

It's really that simple. It costs them a great deal of money to index and list those terabytes of garbage!

It's castration time!

I expect they will take on an even more serious stance in the not too distant future!

The SPAM Website problem is all the way out of control.

I think they are losing the war on spam. Shareholders are going to demand remedy:

I see no problem with his site that should prompt such an assumption.

Yours is a huge site, but also covers alot of information.....
(accidently read through some star trek stuff...accidently)
on your star trek pages at
Star trek episode guide on your site

I didnt have any sites of this size that listed well enough to see the same effect as you did, but while all reasons seem never to surface,...I think suggesting spam was your downfall was not right.

I suppose if you are forced to buy ads those same sharholders will be pleased.

PS - I hope your family is well with all the trouble your country has had this past year.

I suppose if you are forced to buy ads those same sharholders will be pleased.

PRASHANT: ????

PS - I hope your family is well with all the trouble your country has had this past year.

PRASHANT: Yes, thanks for asking :) i was lucky that every thing occured very far away from me.
