Default get out of the sandbox

Hi everyone,

I am about to publish a new website and I was thinking about a way to get it indexed in google as fast as possible.

I have heard of the google sandbox and I was searching for ways to speed up this process.

Would it be worth to buy few PR5 or PR6 text links from related websites? (I will also register my site in as many directories as I can)

Thanks for your help!

Vido

While it will help your PR to get links from other sites with high PR, that won't help you out of the "sandbox" - blogging will, consistantly, at least 4 times a week, and you won't see any results for at least 2 months -

Your blog will get indexed and (hopefully) ranked, and that's what will show up in the SERPs. I was able to get my site out of the "'box" in 5 months with this strategy.

Hope this helps!

While I am not sure what the factors are for being sandboxed, but everyone has their theories. Here are mine:

Sandbox factors:

1. SEO pages but do not over do it.
2. Dont make drastic changes in site design.
3. Get good relevant IBL's, mix it up between low/no PR and high PR.
4. Do not target only competitive keywords.
5. Update your content regulary but keep it theme consistent.
6. Directory listings

I believe sandbox is geared more towards link age factors with a twist. Get too many IBL's too fast and their is an extended stay. Other would disagree but eventually the site will come out regardless.
