Google Indexing, Where are the links?

Over the past 2 months I have spent allot of time submitting my site www.mortgageratesgroup.com to various web directories, national, local, and site related. Googlebot has come to my site at least twice now, but I still do not show any of these directory links pointing back at me. (using the link:www.mortgageratesgroup.com command)Any Ideas about how long it will take for these links to start pointing my way. Is their somthing I missed?

+"www.mortgageratesgroup.com"

Include the quotation marks; plus sign before the first quotation mark.
