Default Can I change the website title often

Hello,
Can any one tell that If I change the title often does "G" penalize me for this.
I change my title of my website couple of times and my keywords density is just 10% still it comes with on top 2-3 pages SERPs for less competative keywords. I have a PR 5 and 168 Back links in "G"

Can any one suggest me on updating the titles, meta tags and content often would hurt my optimization of my website.

The fact that your page titles change will not hurt your rankings.

Changing the titles can have a result on where your site is positioned, but it has to do with what you changed the title to and from

Sure, almost any link helps somewhat. It certainly won't hurt! You should pursue new links with your new anchor text, but the old links will still help your PR.
