Default Is google index now full?

I'm noticing that a few websites are either not indexed or not beyond the main page - with no description.

My google says theres 8,058,044,651 pages in their index. math indicates the index fills at 8,589,934,592

Can you please demonstrate the maths, so we can see where you're getting the number from.

According to best sources, google has a 32-bit index.
2^32 = 4,294,967,296.

This filled up in April '03, so google did some hack to double the index.
2^33 = 8,589,934,592

My belief is based that only new sites with alot of quality backlinks are being spidered.

Eg. they are conserving the index of new pages & elminiating more of the dead links.

Default Google Indexing

I have noticed that GOOGLE is now only indexing my site once a week, down from 3 times a week a month ago.
