I am seeing no changes for any of the sites I monitor on any data centers.
False alarm me thinks...
Are you not sure that what you are seeing is not related to this thread:

I did see the change in the DmoZ. Maybe they are doing some testing on the update using a few certain sites.

I have noticed that many websites are not having their pages re-cached, and also when I enter my website name I get different results every time. I think this normally happens close to a PR update.
There is a better place to check future page rank http://www.rustybrick.com/pagerank-prediction.php
This tool tells you the current page PR and what the future PR will be.
If you check dmoz you will see the predicted PR at the next PR update which hasn't happened yet.
So there hasn't been an update yet, but it is probably coming soon.

Funny how most of the updates have been on Monday or Tuesdays?

They probably have a staff meeting on Monday mornings and discuss "shall we push the button this week or not?"
I actually think the last PR update was an accident -- its appears as though it started at a time when the News Years eve party would have been in full swing at the Googleplex ... as a joke someone who had too much to drink probably sneaked out of the party and pushed the button.... or even worse was getting some action on the desk and the button got pushed in the heat of the moment :-)

LOL. that's a good theory. I do, however, noticed that a few high pr (i.e. >7) sites have had their PR changed.

One of the surest signs is new pages on an established site start pulling rank!
Getting more realistic though... SERPs are much more important than public PR!. Watching key-phrases relevant only to new additions... if they fare well competitively then.... you're "in".
Google updates their http://directory.google.com site more frequently and the bar there means a lot more.
False alarm- just don't see it hapening yet!

Being a good financial entity, they are probly aiming for quarterly updates, so April Fools Day looks good.
Possibly subject to cbp's Monday meeting.

Well i have been to rustybrick before, this may the last visit for me unless I need an empty emotional boost.
My current PR3 will be a PR9 at the next update.
Funny thing is all the other doamins i have checked about 10 others....seem reasonable. 3to4 2to2 4to5?
The one showing that obscene jump from 3 to 9 is the one I have most heavily put out links for, but a 5 makes more likely sense than any other number.
If you have faith in their tool, I will sell stock shares in links now for only $125 each :)

A more realistic tool is this one which just checks your PR on various data centers. You will only see a change when where is an update in progress:

So far, I'm not seeing anything changing on my sites.

So true, like thousands of voices trying to interpret something intrinsicly inscrutable are these webmaster forums. I once took an article about Google and pasted it into a Word.doc, then replaced all instances of Google with "God". You should try it sometime. It's hilarious.
