Help needed...
I am looking for a good tool that will be easy to check my site ranking for several keywords & phrases on several top search engines, without repeating the phrases each time I do the check. In addition, let me know of a tool to check my site of ANY TOP POSITIONS 1-20 on search engines. What are those terms and the SE specific placement? My site is http://www.nuhair.net Thank you for your help |

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for but you might want to take a look at www.marketleap.com

I tried Market Leap and it gives results but I have to insert one search phrase at a time, so I have to do the search over and over again.
Is there a tool that lets you insert a list of keywords at once? Thanks for your help |

There are many tools to automatically check your rankings in many search engines, but people are wary of using them because Google has stated that it does not like automated ranking checkers and at one point a few years ago punished some sites that they identified using automated ranking checkers.
The other search engines seem to be less hostile, but there is one solution that seems to fit your requirements while not going against Googles desires, and that is the new version 3.5 of Webposition Gold, which has an option to use the Google API to check your Google rankings. You buy the software, create an account at Google by following the signup process at the following URL: http://www.google.com/apis. Google will email your Web API license key, usually within the hour. You enter the API license key into WebPosition and from then on WPG use the Google API to check Google rankings and for which Google allows up to 1000 searches per day. You may notice some slight differences between the Rankings from the API database and those you get in a browser, but they are usually small. |

Thanks for the information on the use of Web Position software. I will check it out.

I tried the demo version for a couple of week and liked it so much I purchased a license. The reports can take a while to run depending on how many keywords and how many pages of the search engine data you want to sift through, also if you are reporting on multiple search engines it can take some time, but the end result is worth it. |
