About Google Search

Hi to all of you,
I am an SEO I am in trouble and confused that do google accepts UNDERSCORES in the internal links of the site.Please tell me and also let me know that if i use hidden words in my site writing this code <div style="display:none;"> </div>

does it acceptable by the search engines especilly by google.
