Default Backlinks disappeared...no results

My site, http://www.pro-gift-baskets.comwas launched around mid January. Google has been fairly consistent with indexing the home page (about every 1-2 days) and seems to crawl all the pages which are linked off the home page every couple of weeks, the last crawl was 58 pages(yesterday). The link command link:www.pro-gift-baskets.com used to show a measily 4-5 backlinks, but now it isnt returning any results, yet the links are still there and have been indexed by Google. Granted 4-5 wasnt much to begin with but when you have a PR 0 and are new those 4-5 seem to be golden. I know of atleast 5 quality links with PR 4 and PR 5 which Google has crawled. It's pretty bad when we dont even show up in the top 1000 for our company name "The Gift Basket Pros", but we do on Yahoo and MSN. I guess this is the whole sandbox thing but I have done everything I can think with our site SEO wise. Maybe it is over optimized? Any thoughts or advice, on my site or the backlink fiasco would be appreciated.

Thanks DMC

Ignore the backlinks Google show in its random sample - it meaningless and has nothing to do with what they know about and use.

You have a very big job ahead of you. The Gift basket industry online is very very competitive.

I do find it very amusing two of the sites which link to us rank in the top 10 for our company name but we rank #174. Yet MSN and Yahoo have us #1 for our company name. Is this sttributed to the "SandBox" or just a lack of link popularity?

Thanks DMC
