Here are the first three things that popped into my head:
All webmasters are equal, but some webmasters are more equal than others.
"It was a contest, yeah a contest to see who would catch us cloaking. Congratulations, Adam_C, you are now a Google employee. Here, have my parking spot and bathroom key. Now, has anyone discussed our " blogging policy" with you yet?"
All your website are belong to us.

We said the reason that google sandbox new sites is encouraging the webmaster buy Adwords. So now it seems make more sense. As it's the truth that few people believed at the beginning.
It's a sign that Google has passed his peak.

As I have said Before
Is this a smoking gun, no not really, does it prove they are hypocrical to their literature. YES. As I have said regarding them filtering these same tactics. They are doing it not because it doesn’t work but because it does work. They wanted pay for click dollars so instead of end users paying to optimize their pages they collected millions in pay for click dollars. Again its their company just don’t say one thing and do another and sure as hell don’t put down techniques is some weak attempt to look like your creating a better internet.
The ability to use keywords is and does enable the index to correctly place end users. My point regarding keywords is that there is some misdirection due to them being misused but the majority of websites come up for their relevant search that way. Daaa.
The whole SEO process is a competition my stuff against yours. Who’s got more hits links keyword density. Its not rocket science. Google should go back to being a relevant search engine and stop try to police the internet. WWW stands for the Wild Wild West.

I know it's their engine and they can trick it however they want (heck they KNOW what will work), but stop with the 'Do No Evil' and 'policing' the net when you're dirty. No wonder they don't want anyone else cloaking, that's a game they're reserving FOR THEMSELVES. This charade is sooo o-v-e-r.
Thanks flood6 for the list, I added them to my blog. They're great lmao!

Smoke and Mirrors, roll up your pants, it's too late to save your shoes, the room is filling with B*&^ S(#*.
But, what can you expect for a damage control PR guy.
