Back links?

Why is it that when using the domain:<URL> command with Google with some sites it lists hundreds of site back links whereas on others it lists only a few?

An example is with www.directmobileaccessories.co.uk which lists 1200 back links, almost all site back links.

Try with other sites in the same sector and only a few back links are listed.
