does it make any diffrence when choosing a domain name and ranking in google.

.com
.us
.info
.biz
.org

I disagree.

Just from my personal observations, sites with a .com seem to show up higher and easier in Google.

I believe google gives an extra point or two for a .com

Thats purely because there are just a whole lot more .com's out there, so of course you will see more .com's ranking higher!!

Search engines want to try and rank the most relevant and important sites first. The TLD has nothing to do with relevancy and importance.
