New Client Sites Spidered and Ranked within 2-4 weeks max

We do 3 things for our clients to get them spidered, indexed and ranked on GOOGLE almost always within 2-4 weeks max (depending on spider cycle time), never had a problem:

1) Link them on our portfolio site with a nice blurb:
http://www.mountaineagleweb.com/Sites/Sites.htm

2) Request GOOGLE to spider.

3) Request Search, using full URL (www.domain.com) in GOOGLE TOOLBAR periodicly, until PR shows up.

Very little effort, when you hit 3 major triggers!
