I've spotted this website,executivelibrary.com, and if you look closely at their copyright statement at the bottom of the page you can see that they have like 200 links to other pages in their site, pages that I'm not sure they have them accessible from the website's menu. Is this a "landing page" technique? Should this be penalized, meaning having links accessible only for search engines, because I've seen they still rank good.
