Default Need Some Google Revelation

One of my sites is ranking in Yahoo and MSN. It's not a new site and was created before March '04.

We updated the site in 11/04 (NOT the first update ever since creation), and we waited patiently for the updates to take effect.

We have been ranking in Yahoo and MSN and a backlink search shows the sites that link to our site perfectly. Both Yahoo and MSN show our backlinks and also rank our site.

To date, we still have not seen a single page rank in Google. At this point, we've waited long enough for Google to NOT do anything. I'm rather befuddled as to what else I can do.

Any clues, revelation - direction I should look into?

I'd appreciate any help.

Default Additional Info

...when I do a backlink search - it shows absolute 0 (zero) for links. Nothing from even within the site. Yet everything is just fine with Yahoo & MSN.

What could be the probelm...and if it's out of my hands...can we all move on to just Yahoo & MSN?

Default RE: DMOZ

It appears we are not in DMOZ. We submitted a while back but have not been listed.

But we have other sites that link back to us, particularly those complementary in our industry. So, I stil don't understand why our site seems completely tossed aside.

PM'd you the link.

Basically:
There is definitely room for optimization improvement which I am working on - but without an understanding of what is going on with Google, all I can do is improve Yahoo and MSN.

Looking at my logs, it doesnt appear that anything is out of the ordinary..MSN and Yahoo visit the site more frequently than Google.

I'd just like to have an idea of what to tell my bosses, cause I dont see any reason for this, unless somehow it's been banned. I know it doesnt validate with on some things - but there are so few unvalidated pieces that I hardly think it's worth completely not indexing...?
