Different Results from Google Toolbar than Google.com?

Hi There:

I am getting different results from Google.ca than Google.com. I am not asking specifically for Canadian websites. This was not the case on Friday - is it possible that Google.ca gets updated before Google.com, (as the results for google.com are the same as they were on Friday, while Google.ca has changed)? Is Google rolling out changes on smaller test markets first?

Any help would be appreciated. This is curiosity rather than a "need-to-know".

Is an update at one data center indicative of updates that will propogate to other data centers, or do different data centers display different results?
