What makes you think it's not in the index?
Do a Google search using the domain name with .com and it shows up in the number one spot. It's been indexed.
The problem is that it's nothing more than a few links on what appears to be yet another parked domain page.
You don't have any content for the spiders to index, effectively indicating that the page is of no significant value to a user, so how is it that you expect the page to show up in search results?
Realistically, I'd estimate that the spider's assessment and the resulting placements you're seeing are spot on. From a user's perspective the there's simply nothing of any significant value or interest in that page.
In addition, the page appears to lack focus, especially when one sees the links across the bottom.
