Multi Data Center Check Tool

Not too long ago, someone posted an online tool that would check multiple Google datacenters at one time for PR, backlinks and the last update of each. I've looked and looked and I cannot find that thread.

If anyone knows what I'm referring to, please point me in the right direction. It wasn't GoogleRankings, this one went through all the datacenters and compared backlinks and PR for the same URL.
