Google Bot Behaviour question

Hi Specialists !

I have a few questions:

1) Does Google (or any other SE) see the following link as the same page or as different pages:

www .mysite.com
www .mysite.com/?id=abc
www .mysite.com/index.php?id=abc

2) What happens with PR ? would it apply the same PR to all 3 variations above ?

What happens when the googlebot spiders a site and finds an outbound link like www .mysite.com/index.php?id=abc or www .mysite.com/?id=abc ?

3)How will it follow these links ? Will it ignore the PHP variable (and follow www .mysite.com/index.php / www .mysite.com/) ?
