Default Different SERPs depending on browser?

So I've noticed different SERPs for my site depending on the browser I look in. In IE I'm #3 for a term, but in Firefox I'm #10.

I ran a lot of testing on it this afternoon and it's always the same.

I'm sorta still a newbie in SEO. Is this normal? Or is there some update still brewing...

You're actually hitting different datacenters, and this is normal. Apparently Google is in the process of updating their results, so you may see different results on different datacenters.

Give it a few days and things will settle down a bit.
